Alumaweld’s 17’ Flatbottom

and lake anglers. The wide, flat bottom design
makes for an open and stable, shallow-running platform for hunters
and anglers and is ideal for use with an outboard jet. Alumaweld
is one of the early pioneers of this design and continues to produce
the finest Flatbottoms in their class.

most bigger fishing boats can't get to. They're also a cheaper boat
to buy, as you can usually find a good flat-bottom
plus a trailer for a thousand dollars or less.
If you are fishing a small
shallow lake, river, or even a pond, the flat-bottom
boat could be a great boat for you. If you are just looking for
a good boat to get you out on the water so you can get to spots
you couldn't access by land, but don't have a lot of money to throw
into a boat, I would highly suggest a boat such this.
