Turtle River Whitewater Rafting Company
has been guiding whitewater rafting trips in California on the Klamath,
Trinity, Sacramento, Salmon, and Scott rivers since 1976. In the
early 80's they added the Rogue, Upper Klamath, and Owyhee rivers
in Oregon to the schedule.
From April through September, they offer 1 to 6-day rafting vacations:
one & two-day river trips where families can take children as
young as four; more adventurous multi-day wilderness journeys; and
some of the wildest Class 4 & 5 whitewater in California and
Oregon.
Located at Mt. Shasta, California. This rugged,
mountainous country is treasured for its solitude, exceptional wildlife,
and fabulous scenery. The rivers running through the Siskiyou, Trinity
and Marble Mountain Wilderness Areas of Northern California offer
some of the best whitewater rafting in the Western United States.
