Ron Jon Surf Shop is an American
retail surfing supply chain whose headquarters are located in Cocoa
Beach, Florida. They are one of the most recognized retailers of
surfboards and swimwear in the
world. In 2006 they will enter the tourism industry full-on when
they open Ron Jon Cape Caribe Resort in Cape Canaveral,
Florida, and the first Ron Jon Surfpark in Orlando.

The Original, Ship Bottom, New Jersey
The original Ron JonSurf Shop
was opened on Long Beach Island at the Jersey Shore in 1961. It
is currently in its third building, a four-story shop near its original
location.
One of a Kind, Cocoa Beach, Florida
Billed as the largest surf shop in the world, it was first opened
on Canaveral Pier in 1963. At the time, Cocoa Beach was growing
in popularity due to the space race, and Ron Jon
took advantage. Eventually, the corporate headquarters of Ron
Jon was relocated to Cocoa Beach. One of a Kind is also
in its third building, on the corner of A1A and SR 520 in Cocoa
Beach.

The first international Ron Jon Surf Shop, operated
under license by Tiendas Tropicales, was opened in Cozumel, Quintana
Roo, Mexico.
Ron Jon Cape Caribe Resort Ron Jon Cape Caribe Resort is a timeshare resort
being constructed on the north side of Cape Canaveral, Florida,
by the east end of the Beachline Expressway (SR 528). It is billed
as the closest oceanfront resort to Orlando.
Ron Jon Surfpark Ron Jon Surfpark, produced in conjunction with
Surfparks, will open in spring 2007 at the Festival Bay Mall in
Orlando, Florida. It will be located on the side opposite of where
the Orlando Ron Jon Surf Shop is. It will feature
a football field-sized main wave pool capable of 4-8 ft. waves and
rides of up to 100 yards, a training pool capable of 3-4 ft. waves
and rides up to 35 yards, and a boogie pool that produces simple
swells. Ron Jon Surfpark will host a surfing school,
a pro shop (a satellite of the Surf Shop in the same mall), a restaurant
and equipment rentals.
Killer Dana Surf Shop is a retail
surfing supply company headquartered in San Juan Capistrano, California.
The flagship retail store is located in Dana Point, California.
Being a surf shop located within close proximity to many Southern
California surf spots, Killer Dana Surf Shop offers
surf-related hardgoods and softgoods such as boardshorts
and other swimwear. Killer Dana
is also a distributor of surf and skateboard apparel from companies
Quiksilver, Billabong, Hurley, and Volcom. Killer Dana Surf
Shop was established in 1991 by three local surfers: Gary
Wright, Steve Price, and Chris Andrews. The owners selected the
name Killer Dana in tribute to a legendary surf
break that was once a premiere wave in Southern California. Unfortunately,
the Killer Dana surf break was destroyed in 1966
when the Dana Point harbor was built. Killer Dana’s
substantial world wide web presence and surf competition activity
makes them a recognizable merchant in the surf industry. Sponsored
athletes include Jenny Quam, Nate Yeomans, and Micah Pitts. Killer
Dana Surf Shop maintains retail locations in Dana Point,
San Clemente, and Lake Forest.
